What's shared in group stays in group. All members commit to maintaining confidentiality.

How much do support groups cost?

Most support groups are Rs 2,000 per session. Some groups offer sliding scale fees based on need.

Do I need to commit to a full cycle?

For structured groups, we encourage full participation. Drop-in groups welcome ongoing attendance.

What if I feel uncomfortable sharing?

You can participate by listening. There's never pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.

Are groups led by professionals?

Yes, all groups are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals from our team.
